Vlaams Fruit offers qualitative (textual) theater for adults and a younger (inter-)national public. It’s a creative place for professional artists and makers. The art centre exists of two theatres, Het Appeltje and Het Klokhuis, two of the last authentic theatres in Antwerp.
Studio Studio developed the visual identity for the flemish art centre Vlaams fruit. Starting with a logo that can be used with constructed and deconstructed elements the diversion of the two theatres is shown in a dynamic way.
Studio Studio created the visual identity for Belgium based design Studio Nauvan.
This studio focuses on the purity of modern object in daily life and creates a refined balance between material and design. Studio Studio integrated a polished and modern identity and website to point out the story of Nauvan.
Toegepast is a design competition where Cultuurplatform Design, in collaboration with House for contemporary art Z33, selects recently graduated designers to allow them to work on their own project for one year.
Together with furniture designer Adriaan Tas, Studio Studio took care of the scenography and the graphic design for the exhibition Toegepast 20. In this exhibition the process gets just as much attention as the final product. By means of an archive system, not only the result but also the steps taken to reach that result are shown. Each design stage was given a category in the archive, namely: input, process and output. These categories are linked with a symbol that mark the custom made archive system.
Sfinks festival 2015
Sfinks Mixed is the four day free festival in Boechout, Belgium. The festival is known for its unique and adventurous musical offer and festive side programme, building bridges between different cultures.
Studio Studio restyled the identity of the festival in 2015 (the former work of Elisa Kint). A playful, dancing line works it’s way through the elements and creates a dynamic, fluid atmosphere for this upbeat festival.
