Leven in ‘t Park
The city of Destelbergen organizes the festival Leven in ‘t Park every year in the city center. For this occasion, it asked Studio Studio to submit a proposal.
To design the identity we based ourselves on the course of the festival. This consists of 3 parts: in the morning, afternoon and evening various activities are planned. For the general recognizability we used a typographic image.
Vlaams Fruit offers qualitative (textual) theater for adults and a younger (inter-)national public. It’s a creative place for professional artists and makers. The art centre exists of two theatres, Het Appeltje and Het Klokhuis, two of the last authentic theatres in Antwerp.
Studio Studio developed the visual identity for the flemish art centre Vlaams fruit. Starting with a logo that can be used with constructed and deconstructed elements the diversion of the two theatres is shown in a dynamic way.
The University of Leuven (KULeuven) asked Studio Studio to participate to a commissioned pitch to design the cultural guide for upcoming school year.
Studio Studio made a proposal in which a bright line reflects the dynamics within the cultural functioning of the University.
This design points out the many benefits of this sector and these are highlighted to the numerous students in an effortless, yet sharp way.
Mad Surprize! 2015
Mad Suprize! is a young belgian design award which gives a chance to several designers in the categories of product, textile and graphic design. Mad Surprize! revealed in previous editions a generation of talents that is now part of the momentum of design in Belgium.
Studio Studio developed the visual identity for the Mad Suprize! Design Awards 2015. Starting with sharp cut geometric shapes for the Open Call poster evolving towards soft amorphous shapes towards the final window graphics of the exhibition. The scenography was done together with Arko Studio.
At Art Truc Troc, the annual art fair in the Bozar, Studio Studio was selected to create their own promotional campaign thoughout the city centre of Brussels. This resulted in a poster and a flyer with a positive Studio Studio vibe.
The campaign was released on the 1th of June 2015 and was showcased at several cultural oriented locations such as Ancienne Belgique, Botanique, Bozar, Wiels Art Centre and many more.
